15000 sq/ft Italian villa.  Remodel included new hard stucco on entire house & repair Spanish tile roof.  Remove 6000 sq/ft 2" lime stone patio & sidewalks.  Repair sub-straight under patio/sidewalks & install new 2" limestone from India.  Build new Redwood post & beam arbor in courtyard.  Demo entire rear balcony, rebuild & custom tile with Italian terra-cotta tile & epoxy grout.  Repair/replace cast iron rails & paint trim on entire house.  New gunite lap pool, fountain & jacuzzi.

Adding a 2000 sq/ft addition on to the rear of the house.  Included two bedrooms, one & half baths, kitchen, living-room, dining-room, family room & entry foyer.  Exterior was blended to match existing style & finishes with additional side porch & private rear entry.  Also included all design work & was a ground up, new construction.  

3500 sq/ft addition/remodel on lake lanier.  Involved converting existing garage into pool room with bar & bathroom.  Custom trim included cofer ceilings, French doors into existing living space.  Adding attached 3 bay custom garage with bonus finished loft adjoining existing garage loft.  Converting loft into bonus room with French doors.  Bonus mechanical room for tools & welding.  Finish exterior with new cedar siding, paint, rear entry/landing, arched front entry w/columns & new circular drive.

Complete 1800 sq/ft build-out of basement including design, frame, plumb, electric, HVAC, all work to finish / turnkey.  Custom kitchen with bar, great room with large built in window seat,  Two full baths w/tile shower & tub.  Theater room with built in receiver & projector cabinet, custom tiered seating.  3 large bedrooms, work out room & storage.  Custom trim w/crowns, soffited ceilings finished drywall, oversized base & Tile floors.
